This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how FYT AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“FYT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you access or use the FYT mobile application, website, AI-powered coaching platform, and related products or services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection and use of your information as described herein. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

1. Information We Collect

FYT collects several categories of information to operate and improve the Services:

a. Information You Provide Directly:

Account details such as your name, email address, username, password, and profile information (e.g., age, gender, height, weight, fitness goals).

Payment information when you subscribe to paid features (processed securely through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other payment partners; FYT does not store card details).

Communications you send to us (support requests, feedback, or survey responses).

b. Information Collected Automatically:

Device identifiers, operating system version, app version, IP address, and usage logs.

Interaction data regarding app features, FYT Score tests, or AI coaching sessions.

Sensor and performance data (e.g., accelerometer, gyroscope, step count).

c. Visual, Audio, and Health Data (with your consent):

Camera and microphone inputs used for AI-based movement, nutrition, or form analysis.

Integration data from connected health services such as Apple Health, Google Fit, or Fitbit.

This data is processed securely and stored only as long as necessary to deliver the Service or as required by law.

FYT does not collect biometric identifiers for facial recognition or identity verification purposes.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above for the following lawful purposes:

To provide, maintain, and improve the Services and personalize your fitness experience.

To calculate and update your FYT Score and training recommendations.

To enable AI-driven insights, performance tracking, and progress analytics.

To communicate updates, security alerts, or promotional materials (subject to your preferences).

To ensure compliance with applicable laws and protect the integrity of the platform.

Processing of health-related or sensitive data occurs only with your explicit consent and may be withdrawn at any time.

3. How We Share Information

FYT does not sell personal data. We share information only under the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors that perform services on our behalf (hosting, analytics, AI processing, payment facilitation) under strict confidentiality and data-processing agreements.

Authorized Integrations: With third-party platforms you choose to connect (e.g., Apple Health or Google Fit).

Legal Compliance: When required to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect FYT’s rights, property, or safety and that of our users.

In the event of a corporate reorganization, merger, or acquisition, your data may be transferred in accordance with this Policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Temporary camera data used for AI processing is generally deleted immediately after analysis unless explicitly saved by you.

Account-level data is deleted within thirty (30) days following confirmed account deletion.

5. Security Measures

FYT employs administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including:

Encryption in transit and at rest (TLS/HTTPS, AES-256).

Limited internal access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

Routine security reviews, audits, and penetration testing.

While we strive to protect your information, no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access, correct, or update your personal information.

Withdraw consent to processing at any time.

Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).

Object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances.

You can exercise these rights directly in the FYT App settings or by contacting support@getfyt.ai. We will respond within the time limits prescribed by applicable law.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under sixteen (16) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we have inadvertently received such data, we will delete it promptly.

8. International Data Transfers

FYT’s servers are located in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

9. Updates to This Policy

FYT may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the date of the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated via the Services or email. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

FYT employs artificial intelligence and computer-vision technologies to enhance fitness and nutrition tracking. AI models may analyze your movement, voice, or visual data solely to generate personalized metrics. FYT does not use AI systems for facial recognition or surveillance, and no personal data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.
